KB Electronics was founded in 1967 in Brooklyn, New York, with the focus of crafting high-quality control and drives. With over 200 different models of off-the-shelf Variable Frequency Digital and Hybrid AC Drives, Variable Speed DC Motor Controls, Brushless DC Drives, Battery DC to DC Controls and Triac Fan Controls.

In 2015, the KB Electronics brand was acquired by Nidec Motor Corporation, becoming a part of the world’s biggest manufacturer of electric motors. This helped KB further its advanced technology in its controls and drives.

Today, KB prides itself on being able to provide customisation to any of its motor drive products, allowing customers a product that fits in with their specific application requirements.
